Tracey became a REALTOR® in 2012, driven by a passion for helping people navigate one of life’s most meaningful transitions—selling or purchasing a home. With a magnetic personality and a gift for connection, she steadily earns the trust of clients and colleagues alike by turning real estate transactions into lasting relationships. Her approach is deeply personal: she listens with intention, advocates with integrity, and treats every client like family.

Over the years, Tracey has guided buyers, sellers, and investors through a wide range of scenarios—from first-time purchases to complex relocations and thoughtfully staged listings. Her eye for design and love of staging bring out the best in every property, while her tireless work ethic ensures no detail is overlooked.

Outside of real estate, Tracey finds joy in traveling, spending time with loved ones, and creating welcoming spaces that reflect the heart of a home. Keegan Kuehl

Keegan became a full-time REALTOR® in early 2021, quickly earning a reputation for precision, professionalism, and competitive strategy across a wide range of price points—from entry-level to million-dollar plus transactions. His sharp eye for market shifts and relentless drive allow him to craft winning offers and anticipate client needs before they arise.

Specializing in residential sales throughout the Phoenix Valley, Keegan combines deep real estate insight with a Business Degree to maximize exposure for listings and protect his buyers’ long-term financial goals.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find him hiking Camelback at sunrise, camping across Arizona’s backcountry, lifting weights, or diving into nonfiction—always seeking clarity, challenge, and growth. He lives by the words of Tim Grover: “Being relentless means demanding more of yourself than anyone else could ever demand of you”—a mindset that fuels every transaction and trail he tackles.
